We offer an expert team of support coordinators who will be able to assist you in finding the right disability service providers, while also helping you to navigate the entire NDIS process. Our mission is to work with you to establish clear goals for your life as well as finding the NDIS service providers and programs that can help you achieve them. Through our support coordination program, we will help connect you with the disability service providers that can allow you to reach your goals, be they independent living or community access.
The support provided by the caring team at FIDS doesn’t stop with planning and coordination. We provide a range of in-home support services that are designed to aid you in achieving independent living. We have a large and qualified team who are able to assist you in any way that they can to ensure you have all the backup you need to live life on your terms.
Great programs for kids
If you are looking for an NDIS provider that can provide you with engaging and educational programs for kids living with disabilities, consider our school holiday programs. We provide programs for those aged 6-12 and for 12+ in our Gold Coast and Logan centres. Our programs are packed full of valuable life skills paired with fun and educational activities in a closely monitored and safe environment; and our highly trained staff work to facilitate engaging social interactions in our small group structures, which can be continued throughout the school term in our Saturday recreational programs as well.
